St. Vincent-St. Mary (“STVM”) High School, located in Akron, Ohio, is a 660-student, four-year, coeducational, college preparatory Marianist-sponsored Catholic high school.

The President serves as the Chief Executive Officer, primary external
representative, and spiritual leader of the school and has overall responsibility for the management of the school. The President serves as the direct liaison to STVM’s Executive Board, the Diocese of Cleveland, and the Society of Mary. While the President supervises the Principal and thus is charged with sustaining the academic reputation of the school and all of its academic programs and activities, the position incurs direct for the following areas: finance, enrollment mgt., human resources, advancement, marketing, facilities, and related business affairs to provide long-term financial stability for the school.

Mother Seton Academy (OH) – President

Mother Seton Academy, a tuition-free, independent Catholic Middle School located in Baltimore City, is searching for a President.

This position is appointed by the Board of Directors with the approval of the Corporate Board which is represented by members of the school’s sponsoring congregations: the Daughters of Charity; School Sisters of Notre Dame; the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia; Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary; Xaverian Brothers; and the Marianists. The President reports directly to the Board of Directors and is an ex officio member.

The President serves as the school’s Chief Executive Officer and ambassador, with responsibilities focused on development, strategy, financial sustainability, community, and spiritual leadership.

St. Vincent-St. Mary has an opening for a Director of Advancement. The person in this role is responsible for leading and managing all advancement programs of St. Vincent-St. Mary High School (STVM), including the annual fund, capital funds, planned giving, alumni activities, public relations, and communications.  The advancement program generates the support and philanthropic resources necessary to ensure that STVM fulfills its mission.

The Director is responsible for developing a strategic vision for the department.  This vision includes a plan of action for all advancement programs and related activities.  Such planning is in part founded upon an annual evaluation of the various advancement programs and related activities for each fiscal year.  The Director of Advancement will embrace, exemplify, and promote the school’s mission.
